There could be multiple current and historical issues behind your gagging problem. You can make your own list of all the events in your own life that still impact you in some way and start tapping with the one that when you look at it bothers you most now. this was helpful as i just started EFT and that same evening had an anxiety/panic attack. Was thinking that the EFT session wasn’t a good idea but after reading this looks like it might be just what I need. I will continue with my sessions as I am seeking professional help with this.

I would like to rent Gary Craig’s dvd series but i can’t understand oral english, only written. Are there these dvds in greek subtitles? Unless, are there in english subtitles ? I live in Athens-Greece. Thanks in advance.

I was wondering if I can have your permission to translate your excellent article in Greek and publish it on the eft.gr site, including a link to the original version here. I was also wondering about your thoughts on why Patricia Carrington’s EFT Choices method, since it includes some kind of re-programming of emotions and I have found that to work very well even in situations where the “classic” EFT Basic Procedure is not so efficient.
