EFT can be a very powerful tool when used on our pets and animals – the results can be dramatic! In short, there are two ways that you can use EFT for your pet. The first option is to actually physically tap on the animal, much like you would for yourself or another person, using the major points such as the top of the head, side of the eye, under the eye, etc. The phrases that you use can be a simple and straightforward as naming the problem. For example, “Even though I have this problem, I’m a good dog.” As you continue, other things may come to mind. Be creative and don’t be a afraid to say whatever comes to mind – your intuition may be sensing something that your beloved pet needs to hear, and even if it isn’t, you can never hurt your animal by saying something that may not be entirely correct. The second option is to tap for your pet as a form of surrogate tapping. This would function much the same as surrogate tapping for another person. Tapping on yourself for your pet can be just as effective, if not more, as physically tapping on them. Start out with the karate chop and a set up phrase, as you normally would.
