A generic tap along handy for handling our ego based fears.
SIDE OF HAND (Karate Chop Point):
Even though, our world is rapidly changing and it feels very chaotic,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though everywhere I look I may see people who are fearful,
struggling, suffering,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself
Even though I hear so many conversations about what’s wrong, broken or
what might happen,
I deeply and completely love and accept myself
And I am inviting my SOUL to help me remember (breathe)
To help me feel the truth (breathe)
To help me remember who I am–I am a Child of God and God’s Grace Shines
on me now!
TOP OF HEAD:
My faith reminds me that I must be in the right place,
EYEBROW:
At the perfect time.
SIDE OF EYES:
It is not an accident that I am here NOW.
UNDER EYES:
I chose to be born into the world at this time;
UNDER NOSE & UNDER BOTTOM LIP:
For a reason I may not yet remember;
COLLAR BONE:
For a purpose I may not yet understand.
UNDER ARM:
But I know the truth my heart and soul remember
BOTTOM OF RIBCAGE:
I was created with everything I need to live this life I have chosen.
TOP OF HEAD:
Even though, there have been and will continue to be: floods and
hurricanes, earthquakes and wars,
EYEBROW:
I choose now to release any fear and distress.
SIDE OF EYES:
I must have known these things would be happening in my lifetime,
UNDER EYES:
My Soul saw all of this before I arrived.
UNDER NOSE & UNDER BOTTOM LIP:
I invite my Soul to bring me courage;
COLLAR BONE:
I invite my Soul to lift my energy.
UNDER ARM:
I release the fear my EGO wants to use to imprison me.
BOTTOM OF RIBCAGE:
I am remembering God is on MY side.
God is AT my side;
God is with me NOW.
I feel peace.
TOP OF HEAD:
I open my heart and send love and confidence to all who are struggling.
EYEBROW:
I tell them, I believe in you.
SIDE OF EYES:
Your soul has wisdom and strength
UNDER EYES:
You have courage and capacities you have not yet uncovered.
UNDER NOSE & UNDER BOTTOM LIP:
We signed up for this amazing moment in history.
COLLAR BONE:
Do not give up.
UNDER ARM:
Your things are not eternal; your Soul knows that all of these things are
for our experience.
BOTTOM OF RIBCAGE:
I remember for you, until we can remember together,
TOP OF HEAD:
Engaging thoughts that bring me to gratitude.
EYEBROW:
Feeling Peace, breathing and feeling calm and patient,
SIDE OF EYES:
All of my energy and attention are on peace.
UNDER EYES:
My Soul fills with hope and courage.
UNDER NOSE & UNDER BOTTOM LIP:
My whole being radiates with the Golden Light of a loving God.
COLLAR BONE:
My heart overflows
UNDER ARM:
From the top of my head to the Souls of my feet….peace fills every cell.

I am safe, I am loved I am not alone!
