With a 30 year background in teaching and counseling, Nancy has trained extensively in many Energy Psychotherapy modalities. She has specialized as an EFT Practitioner and Trainer since 1997. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Education, Nancy brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her private practice and her highly experiential "approved content" EFT Workshops. Nancy is a member of The National Counselor's Association, a Diplomat of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), a member of the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET), and is honored to be a Founding EFT Master. Nancy is dedicated to bringing Emotional Freedom Techniques into the mainstream through a national seminar organization called Professional and Educational Seminars, Inc. (www.pesi.com) which sends her to a different state each month to teach EFT to mental health professionals. Approved CEU credits are available through PESI for Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Addiction Counselors, Case Managers, Nurses, and Licensed Counselors. Nancy also offers the unique experience of individual, personalized, transformational 2 & 3 day healing retreats for women on the beautiful coast of Maine. With a primary focus on Emotional Freedom Techniques, and using a comprehensive, multi-modality approach Nancy's gentle, skilled and compassionate way of working with people can facilitate healing at the deepest level of the Being with the resolution of issues that have prevented them from living the lives of health, joy, and emotional freedom we all are meant to live. Nancy is accepting new phone clients, and continues to offer individual sessions at her Portland and Kennebunk, Maine offices.
