EFT Master Dr. Patricia Carrington is one of the pioneers in the field of Energy Psychology, and an important researcher in this field as well as an EFT therapist and well known book author.
She is the creator of the widely acclaimed positive variant of EFT known as the EFT Choices Method. Pat’s innovative and insightful articles on EFT and its newer applications are often featured in Gary Craig’s newsletter. Her newsletter, EFT 1-Minute News, is the second largest in the EFT field with currently almost 20,000 enthusiastic subscribers.
She is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, and has created (and is continuing to create) leading-edge EFT materials.
